AH Denny converted my kitchen, dining room and living room into one open space . They also converted the old balcony into a stylish and modern patio with glass balustrade. I have been delighted and impressed with both the result and dealing with Howard and Ben and appreciated their old fashioned courtesy. Everyone arrived on time to do their section of the work quickly and efficiently. I needed a couple of changes during the build and there were no nasty surprises in the cost to doing this. I would recommend them to everybody I know.

We chose AH Denny to build our dream home through a recommendation. They were asked to demolish and build a 3 bedroom, triple garage new build detached house. To give you some perspective, we had no building experience, we both work and trusting someone with our project was quite daunting. I can honestly say we are sooooo glad we chose Ben and his team to complete our build. From the initial meeting Howard and Ben took us under their wings, guided us through all the hurdles that come with a new build; design problems, structural solutions, material sourcing, ordering fittings, managing weather related delays, organising and managing subcontractors and helping with what seemed like endless decision-making tasks. Not only did Ben build us a house, we had no issues with passing building control, structural checks or getting the necessary certification for the house. After we moved in, we had the usual teething problems for which we contacted Ben and he would always respond to us in a timely fashion. His team came back after 6 months to do the snagging as agreed and we are now all settled and completely in love with the house AH Denny has built for us.

AH Denny converted our old tired 80’s flat roof annexe into a bright, open kitchen space. An absolute pleasure to work with from quotation through to completed build.
